Holiday from Hell

Mrs Sharpe from Linconshire sustained a serious hip injury requiring surgery when she fell after slipping on a drain covered in wet leaves while staying on a caravan park.

The caravan park accepted liability for the accident and Mrs Sharpe received £25,465 in compensation for her injury and her financial losses.

The claim settled in just over a year.
