Impatient bus driver

Mrs R of Essex was boarding a bus when the driver set off before she the chance to sit down. She was thrown to the floor and suffered extensive trauma.

We pursued a claim for personal injury against the bus company whose driver was at fault.

The bus company did not contest liability and the claim settled for £33,750 in compensation.
