Pursuing Claims in other Countries

If you are not on a package holiday for example you are an independent  traveller or on a business trip or you are injured or become ill for reasons which have nothing to do with your package holiday then you may need to pursue your claim against whoever was at fault in the country in which you were injured or became ill.

For example, if you are knocked down while crossing the street or you slip or trip inside a shop .

If you think you may have a case to claim compensation, don't delay, contact the Paul Rooney Partnership who have the experience and expertise to help you make a compensation claim against a tour operator or an accident claim abroad.
