Knee Injuries

Knee injuries for which compensation is payable range from the severe leading to joint damage and permanent pain and disability to the twisting injury from which a complete recovery is made.

The amount of compensation depends on the nature and extent of any ongoing disability and any problems with mobility.

Severe injuries to the knee - £30,500 to £56,000

Serious injuries to the knee - £15,500 to £25,000

Moderate injuries to the knee - £8,400 to £15,500

Other minor  injuries to the knee - £1,000 to £8,150
