FAQ

Q. How much compensation could I receive?
A. It is difficult to say. Every case varies but our claims process is designed to give you guidance and one of our solicitors will advise you further once all details have been established.

Q. How long will my case take?
A. Each case is different and varies with circumstances. Once an admission of liability is established, your solicitor can offer you guidance on when a settlement may take place.

Q. Does it matter where I live?
A. No not at all. Our offices are based in Liverpool (or should we say in the North West) but unless you want to visit us at our offices (which you may) there is no need to leave your house. It is much better to have the right solicitor despite location. All consultations can be done over the phone, by email and by letter. Someone will visit you if we need to take photographs. We find that this is a better service especially because our clients lead busy lifestyles.

Q. Will I have to go to court?
A. Not necessarily. Most cases are often settled before it has to go to court.

Q. What can I claim for?
A. You can claim for any type of accident that was not your fault but there has to be someone to blame. We undertake road traffic accidents, trips, slips, accidents at work, discrimination at work, unfair dismissal etc. If you are not sure, call us on 08000 192 069 and one of our lawyers will be happy to help.

Q. My accident happened a while ago? Does it matter?
A. We will take on your case if the accident happened within the last 2 years.

Q. Why use the Paul Rooney Partnership?
A. We have been established for over 30 years and are highly experienced in winning compensation cases for personal injury. We won £10 million last year for clients and our team's expertise will win you the maximum compensation that you deserve.
